– have a family history of kidney disease.
At this FREE kidney screening, participants will receive a BMI Calculation, Blood Pressure Reading, ACI urine test, Glucose Test, eGFR Reading (if necessary), and a Consultation with a medical professional. You’ll also be able to take home education brochures on many topics related to kidney health.

Support our efforts for health equity.
Our team at Minority Health Coalition of Marion County has a vision of all residents in our community enjoying a healthy life — no matter their race, ethnicity, or income. Unfortunately, that is not a reality. In Marion County, people of color suffer disproportionately from heart disease, cancer, STDS, obesity, and infant mortality than their white neighbors. Every dollar you donate will support a more equitable and healthier future everyone in our community. Thank you for your donations!
Making Connections
During Minority Health Coalition of Marion County’s annual Legislative Mixer at the Indiana State House, youth from throughout Marion County had the opportunity to interact with members of our Indiana Legislature. It was an inspiring event for all!
No matter your race, age, gender, lifestyle or health condition, we have the resources you need.
Manage diabetes
Talk to your doctor about the lifestyle changes that can make a positive difference, including exercise, nutrition and regularly checking your blood sugar.
Age in good health
Whether you’re in your 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s or older, you can live life to the fullest through a healthy lifestyle, stress management and a medical plan designed specifically for you.
Start early
Our youth face greater health challenges because of a lack of exercise, tobacco and vaping use and poor diets. Help them get off to a better start with good health habits.
